FTP server access
To upload website files to the server, use an FTPS client. In the FTP program, select the SSL/TLS option.
Note! Plain FTP does not work.
- Server:
host.cn.net.pl - Username: your callsign
- Password: password
- Port:
21
After logging in successfully, place the website files in the directory assigned to the domain or website, for example:
httpdocs
MySQL database configuration
Applications that use a database, such as WordPress, require access credentials for the MySQL server.
- Database server:
localhost - Database name: your callsign
- Database username: your callsign
- Password: database password
Email configuration
To manage your email, you can use webmail at https://poczta.pzk.pl.
You can also use email clients, a phone, a tablet, or an application supporting the IMAP, POP3, and SMTP protocols.
IMAP configuration is recommended because it enables message synchronization across multiple devices.
Example configuration details:
- Incoming mail server:
imap.cn.neet.plIMAP SSL/TLS port:993 - POP3 incoming mail server:
pop3.cn.net.plPOP3 SSL/TLS port:995 - SMTP outgoing mail server:
smtp.cn.net.plSMTP port:465or587 - Username: full email address, e.g. yourcallsign
@pzk.pl - Password: mailbox password
SSL/TLS encryption is required for mail connections.
The SMTP server requires authentication. To send messages, use the same username and password assigned to the mailbox.
Important — account security
For security reasons, the system monitors failed login attempts to server services.
After 3 failed login attempts, the account is automatically blocked for 24 hours.
The block may affect access to FTP, email, the administration panel, or other protected services, depending on the server configuration.
Before attempting to log in again, make sure that the following are correct:
username,
password,
server address,
port number,
encryption settings.
If the account is blocked, wait 24 hours or contact the server administrator.
