Railways on the Air 2026 – Polish station HF2TRIK on the participant list
On 26 and 27 September, radio amateurs will once again gather at historic railway lines and stations. The official list for this year's event also includes a station HF2TRIK from Poland.
SAC CW 2026 starts on Saturday – Scandinavia awaits the world
The CW section of the Scandinavian Activity Contest begins on September 19 at 12:00 UTC. Polish stations can spend 24 hours earning points for contacts with Scandinavian stations.
TC8KHT from Karahantepe – radio from a site thousands of years old
From September 18 to 20, Turkish radio amateurs will operate from the Karahantepe archaeological site. A special station TC8KHT will appear on the bands from 80 to 10 meters and via the QO-100 satellite.
ARRL Microwave Weekend – contesting from 10 GHz all the way to light
The second round of this year's ARRL 10 GHz and Up Contest will begin on September 19. Participants will compete on microwave bands from 10 GHz and above.
Siberian Exile Remembrance Day 2026 on the Bands – Three Days of Activity with 3Z0SYBIR
From September 16 to 18, Bialski Radio Club SP8PBP is running an award activity commemorating Siberian Exile Remembrance Day. The event’s main station will be 3Z0SYBIR.
3Z25POT on the air – 25 years of the PZK Pomeranian Branch in Gdańsk
The special event station 3Z25POT will be active throughout September. One contact is all it takes to earn the commemorative eDiploma.
PGA-DIGI returns in September
The ninth round of this year's Official DIGI Polish Championships will take place on September 26—a one-hour RTTY and BPSK63 contest on the 80-meter band.
Low Power, Big Challenge – SP QRP Contest 2026
On September 26, amateur radio operators will compete on the 80-meter band, using up to 5 W on CW and 10 W on SSB. Contacts with stations using homebrew equipment will receive special consideration.
CQ WW RTTY – a digital weekend on the bands
