Bialski Radio Club SP8PBP is organizing from 16–18 September 2026 an amateur-radio award activity marking Sybirak Day. The central day of the event is 17 September—the anniversary of the Soviet invasion of Poland in 1939. The organizers are once again activating the callsign 3Z0SYBIR.

The four stations awarding points toward the award are: 3Z0SYBIR, 3Z25AB, SO8DAN and SP8SW. The highest-scoring station is 3Z0SYBIR—5 points are awarded for a contact with it. 3Z25AB is worth 2 points, while SO8DAN and SP8SW are worth 1 point each.

To earn the electronic award, you need a minimum of 10 points, including mandatory contacts with both stations 3Z0SYBIR and 3Z25AB. According to the current information, RadioDyplom activity is taking place on the 80- and 40-meter bands using SSB.

The organizers also commemorate the life of Henryk Szaniawski SP8BJH (SK), a member of the Association of Sybiraks who activated the 3Z0SYBIR callsign for many years during Sybirak Day commemorations.
