The club participated in the programme as GB0ATA in 2025 and as GB0ATA and GB0MMR in 2026. Contacts with stations operating from British airfields earned the bronze certificate for 2025, and bronze and silver certificates in this year's edition.
One of this year's activations GB0ATA took place on 5 September at White Waltham Airfield during Members' Day at West London Aero Club. The station commemorated the history of the Air Transport Auxiliary, whose wartime headquarters were located at White Waltham.
The radio amateurs set up two separate stations there. On 40 metres, an Icom IC-7300 with a doublet antenna in an inverted-V configuration, while on 20 metres they operated a five-watt QRP FT8 station using FX4CR and a telescopic vertical antenna. The club also prepared a station for the public, with Morse keys and a spectrum display. Under operator supervision, visitors could try making their first radio contact.
