Poznań amateur radio club SP3YOR published a report on September 19 covering another Emergency Communications Trial held on September 14, 2026, in Poznań and the surrounding area. This is another practical initiative by the club aimed at preparing operators to conduct communications in situations where standard telecommunications infrastructure may be unavailable.

The report was prepared by Grzegorz SP3VZY. According to SP3YOR, the report describes the course of the communications conducted, but is not limited to merely listing them. It also includes practical observations concerning propagation and the problems encountered during the exercises.

Trials of this kind make it possible to test, under real-world conditions, not only the capabilities of equipment and antenna systems, but also operating procedures. For SP3YOR this represents a continuation of activities related to emergency communications—the club conducted similar trials earlier in 2026 as well.

The published document may also be valuable material for other clubs and operators interested in organizing local emergency communication networks, as it contains conclusions drawn from actual field trials rather than merely theoretical assumptions.
