The September round will run from 06:00 to 06:59 UTC. The rules also require a five-minute QRT period before and after the contest. PGA-DIGI is held monthly, and the nine best results of each participant count toward the annual overall standings.
The competition takes place on the 80-meter band, using RTTY and BPSK63. The organizer recommends the 3580–3590 kHz segment for BPSK and 3590–3600 kHz for RTTY. Only one scoring QSO may be made with a given correspondent in each round, so the same station cannot be counted again using the other mode.
Polish stations send an RSQ report, the next QSO number, and the PGA abbreviation for the municipality, from which they are operating. Foreign stations provide an RSQ report and a sequential number. Each error-free contact is worth 1 point.
Classes are provided for club and individual stations using up to 50 W, as well as a SO-QRP-DIGI category for up to 5 W and an OPEN category for stations operating from outside Poland. The Cabrillo-format log must be submitted via the ROBOT PGA-ZAWODY system within 24 hours of the end of the contest.
