Radio Society of Great Britain recalled on 18 September the upcoming RSGB Convention 2026, which will take place from 9–11 October at Kents Hill Conference Centre in Milton Keynes. The organiser has prepared more than 50 lectures, workshops, forums and other activities, allowing participants to build their own weekend programme.

One of the key figures at this year's event will be IARU President Tim Ellam VE6SH/G4HUA, who has been announced as the Convention's keynote speaker. The programme will also include sessions on test equipment, radio interference, the use of artificial intelligence and special activities for younger radio amateurs.

The Convention will once again also host the AMSAT-UK Colloquium, making satellite communications an important part of the event. The technical programme will be accompanied by specialist group meetings, Friday fringe events and Saturday's Gala Dinner.

RSGB reports that purchasing a ticket online before 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 5 October guarantees a place and the best available price. After that deadline, tickets can only be purchased at the venue.
