From 9 to 30 September 2026 Tom K0YA and Toni W5RCX will operate from the island of Saint Kitts. Tom uses the callsign V47YA, while Toni operates as V47RCX. The operators’ base is the QTH of station V47JA.

The announced activity will cover bands from 160 to 6 metres. DX-World reports that the modes will include CW, SSB and FT8, and describes the operation as “holiday-style”, meaning activity conducted during a leisure stay, without the expectation of continuous station operation.

The detailed schedule NG3K specifies that V47RCX is expected to focus on FT8, while V47YA will also use CW and SSB. The activity is associated with Saint Kitts, which belongs to the group IOTA NA-104.

QSO confirmations for both callsigns are expected to be available via LoTW. DX-World also reports that the operators plan to return to Saint Kitts from 3 February to 3 March 2027.
