Mikołów Amateur Radio Club SP9PKS warmly invites all radio enthusiasts and amateur radio supporters to the 10th Anniversary Radio Rally, taking place on June 16, 2024. The event will run from 12:00 to 18:00 at the Silesian Botanical Garden in Mikołów, at 5 Sosnowa Street. A Meadow Full of Radio Attractions
The Radio Rallies at Sośnia Góra are an excellent opportunity to promote amateur radio, especially among the younger generation. This year's edition is being held as part of Meadow Day, organized by the Botanical Garden authorities, giving the event a unique character.
Radio Rally Attractions
Registration Point: Radio amateurs and radio enthusiasts will be able to register, receive an identification badge, and collect anniversary souvenirs.
Health Loop: Registered participants can take part in the health loop and have a chance to win prizes, which will be drawn at 15:30.
Children's Workshop: From 12:00 until the kits run out, children will have the opportunity to play and learn while assembling simple devices.
Technical Quiz: At around 14:30, Piotr SP9TPZ will invite participants to take part in a technical quiz with attractive prizes. The prizes will be awarded before the health-loop prize draw, at around 15:30.
OT-31 PZK Stand: It will be set up near the observation tower.
HamRadioShop: It will present its product range for amateur radio enthusiasts.
Przemek's Radio Camper SP7VC: Przemek will present his radio camper and an interesting book entitled "Around the World with Radio."
Group Photo: As usual, we will take a commemorative group photo at the end.
