Radio-Club d'Antibes F6KHK summarized its first club meeting after the summer break, held September 24, 2026 at the Maison des Associations in Antibes. Approximately 20 people, including new members and candidates preparing to obtain their amateur radio licenses.

One of the topics was work involving repeaters on Mont Agel, Mont Doublier and La Garoupe. Participants watched three films about installing mountain repeaters used in emergency communication systems. The films were prepared by Michel F6FLC and George F6DRG.

The presentation by Gérald Gérald F6HBI, who demonstrated lightweight equipment intended for SOTA and POTA field operations. The equipment on display included gear previously used during his activities on Mont Blanc.

The club also announced the start of another training program. Classes preparing candidates for the HAREC amateur radio examination are scheduled to begin October 14 at the Centre International de Valbonne.

The meeting clearly demonstrated the broad scope of the club's activities F6KHK – from training new operators and field operations to the technical maintenance of radio infrastructure in the challenging mountainous terrain of the Maritime Alps.
