From September 11 to 13, 2026, another edition of the Amateur Radio Technical Convention will take place in Burzenin. It is one of the most interesting events in Poland's amateur radio calendar, combining lectures, workshops, construction demonstrations, and, above all, face-to-face meetings of people involved in radio.

From September 11–13, 2026 Burzenin will once again host a nationwide gathering of radio amateurs interested not only in making contacts, but above all in the technical side of our hobby. The organizers describe the Technical Convention as an event full of practical knowledge, experience sharing, and presentations of solutions created by radio amateurs themselves. The event location has the locator JO91KL.

For years, the convention has been a place where visitors can see projects built in home workshops, talk to their creators, and exchange experiences concerning antennas, transceivers, SDR, digital techniques, electronics, and measurements. Another important part of the event is the PUK – Constructors' Competition, which allows radio amateurs to present their own projects to a wider audience. The official program also includes workshops and technical presentations.

Burzenin is about more than just lectures, however. For many participants, the greatest value lies in meeting operators previously known only from the bands, seeing equipment in action, and taking part in discussions that often lead to the creation of new amateur projects.

For everyone interested in the technical side of amateur radio, this will be one of the most important weekends of September.
